As Dr. Stokes gradually returns to work from maternity leave, she is offering part-time appointments via telephone and video. Payment will be collected as e-transfer ONLY for telephone and video appointments.

Blood Work: Please note Dr. Stokes is NOT sending patients to Life Labs for paid-out-of-pocket blood work at this time. If you have completed blood work through your MD/NP and need to send us your results, please download them from your MySaskHealthRecords account in PDF form (see instructions next) and email to admin@sasknaturopath.com ahead of your appointment. Instructions: click your initials in the top right corner and select “Files & Reports”. Under “Type of Data” only select Laboratory Test Results (unselect all other options), and select the date range that is applicable. Please do not send screen shots of blood work as they can not be properly uploaded into your file. In your email please include your first and last name as it appears in your chart.

Supplements: Supplements can be picked up from the office at 205 Avenue G North, Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM. If you require a pick up outside of these hours, please email admin@sasknaturopath.com to arrange.

Dr. Stephanie Stokes BSc, ND

Dr. Stephanie Stokes (Liebrecht), BSc, ND is a licensed, board-certified Naturopathic Doctor. She received her Doctorate of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, to which she was medically trained in standards of practice, clinical diagnosis, physical examination, and naturopathic modalities. Her interest in the functioning of the human body drove her to first receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Anatomy & Cell Biology, and to study other sciences such as physiology, biochemistry, etc. while at the University of Saskatchewan.

Dr. Stokes, ND treats a variety of health concerns including women’s health, thyroid disorders, digestive concerns, mood support, sleep disturbances, and fatigue. She is passionate about hormones, and her professional interests include fertility, irregular menstrual cycles, heavy menstrual flow, menstrual cramping, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), PMS/PMDD, and supporting women’s hormones as they come off birth control.

To stay up to date with current medical research and naturopathic treatments, Dr. Stokes, ND attends continuing education events and conferences throughout the year. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (SANP). Dr. Stokes, ND served as the Vice President of the SANP.
